Guides
First name, last name, company and email, to give you access to the guide, record your interest in my contact manager (HubSpot) and be able to write to you about it. Legal basis: your request. You only get the newsletter if you tick its box, and you can ask for your data to be deleted at any time by writing to hola@imatesanz.com.
Method video
First name, last name, company, phone and email, to give you access to the video and contact you by phone or email to talk about your case, as you agree when you request it. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to hola@imatesanz.com. The data is stored in Mailchimp and HubSpot until you ask for it to be deleted. If you book a meeting, you do so in a Google Calendar booking page, which processes the data you give it under its own policy.
Professional contacts on LinkedIn
For B2B business development I process professional data you publish on your LinkedIn profile (name, position, company and the messages we exchange) to contact you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in business contact between professionals. You can object at any time by replying to the message or writing to hola@imatesanz.com, and I will stop contacting you.
Who processes data on my behalf
Hostinger (hosting for the website and email, in the European Union), Mailchimp (sending the newsletter), HubSpot (contact management), Dux-Soup (LinkedIn automation, in the United Kingdom, a country with an EU adequacy decision) and Google (visit measurement with Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies). Mailchimp, HubSpot and Google may process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. I do not sell or share your data with anyone.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to hola@imatesanz.com. If you believe they have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). This English version is a translation; the Spanish version prevails.
